Added UI and functionalitty for whole stack prediction

• Now it is possible to select a stack (large one), and have the prediction slice-by-slice along with applying post-processing using napari UI.
• Now RF model is saving accompanying by info needed to init the model_adapter, like model name, image dims, etc. So for prediction on test/whole stack only loding the RF model is sufficient.
