v8 doc revision + expanding tutorials and ParameterType docs

hi all, this PR is just a simple documentation revision. this contains:

• tackling v8 migration (removing old, deprecated function docs such as progress bar (closes Docs "Overview: Progress bar" page is out-of-date #3383), adding audio migration)
• documentation styling errors (fixes Audio slider response undocumented parameter  #3318, among other touch-ups)
• adding a new section for parameter types (closes Document plugin parameter types #3045)
• redoes video tutorials into community tutorials, adding prominent online tutorial links to the website (closes Add community tutorials to documentation #3265)
• a little bit of expansion on the extensions section to bring more in line with our plugins extension
