Goal:
  One-off script to generate 'rewrite.script' containing rewrite rules for the Zeus
  web server based on a Google spreadsheet with 'source' and 'destination' columns.

  Valid Google Docs account
  Valid Google Docs key for a spreadhseet with 'source' and 'destination' columns
  Modification to the actual rewrite rules to match your requirements

Getting Started:
  1. copy config.yaml.default to config.yaml
  2. provide correct username, pass, document key
  3. profit!!!
