Twitter-Sentiment-Analysis-EPL-Teams

Based on the NRC Word-Emotion Association Lexicon, the following project aims to analyze the sentiments of the people behind the tweets of the top 4 most popular EPL Teams. These include

1. Manchester United
2. Arsenal
3. Chelsea
4. Man City

Note:

The NRC Emotion Lexicon is a list of English words and their associations with eight basic emotions (anger, fear, anticipation, trust, surprise, sadness, joy, and disgust) and two sentiments (negative and positive). The annotations were manually done by crowdsourcing.
