Rikaitan v2.0

The toolbar icon now changes when the extension is active, showing a small star above the Kanji in the icon. I've also added the ability to get J-J definitions, based on the Sanseido mode function in Rikaisama. Press the 's' key to change to J-J definitions, and the extension will pull in definitions from sanseido if possible.

Added contextual menu option to enable or disable extension. To access menu simply ctrl+click or right click within the browser window. When the extension is enabled, there is also now an option within the contextual menu to enable or disable popups if you only want to disable popups for a temporary period of time without disabling the entire extension. Also added ability to hide a popup that shows up by pressing the h key.

Added a feature to display the frequency of a word. Based on a word frequency database obtained from Rikaisama, by Christopher Brochtrup. Green is very common, gold is common, orange is uncommon, and pink is rare.
