Refer to notebooks/11.24.toy_sequence.ipynb for example.

Environment setup:

Try running the environment.yml file.
If that doesn't work, run these four steps:
1. Follow Yujia's Learning to Split environment setup here detailed in his README at this repo here:
https://github.com/YujiaBao/ls
2. Install pandas.
3. Install jupyterlab.
4. cd into prot_split/esm and run pip install -e .

TODO: Add ls and esm to a setup.py

This should be all you need.
