3.0V lower limit

accumulated some minor changes since the last release

• configure ip from web page
• add more ip info to wifi json
• switch load with domoticz lua scripts, mqtt payloads or simple html page
• reduce lower cell voltage limit from 3.1V to 3.0V (triggered a bit early...)

• slower frequency saves power
• limit time for serial logs
• report to mqtt
• report AP and signal strength
• restart on connection issues

Monitor eSmart3 and JBD BMS via RS485 and send results to an Influx server.
Current status is also available on a web page, with data as JSON.
Switching charger load and BMS mosfets with web page buttons.
OTA is working.
