ButtercupReader Swedish

This is NOT the official ButtercupReader. The official version created by Andrew Tokeley and team can be found at http://www.buttercupreader.net/.

This version intends to adapt ButtercupReader for Bliss users, and provide a Swedish localized version.

Logging
=======
Turn on logging in Buttercup.htm by appending &log=true to the url
Look at the log file by the name buttercup.log in a subdirectory of 
%AppData%/LocalLow/Microsoft/Silverlight
