"jj git clone" has --colocate flag, so let's stick to it. jj-vcs#2747
Ref changes are imported and exported automatically so long as jj and git share the same workspace directory.

Since I plan to release jj 0.14.0 today, I'll merge this now so it makes it into the release. |
