README: announce our docs website to the world + instructions to contribute #2239

The result is available at https://github.com/ilyagr/jj/tree/web?tab=readme-ov-file#jujutsu-vcs.

I'm not entirely sure when we want to merge this, but I don't have any TODOs left for before that. Also, we could skip the prominent link to the docs website for now if we'd like.

Update: I also added some instructions on how to contribute to the docs. Initially, I just wanted to remove the "website is experimental" message from contributing.md, but I ended up doing a bit more...

The link to the glossary was weirdly far from the link to the FAQ.

Also, added a mention of the prerelease docs.
