modified the mobiledetect/mobiledetectlib package to be compatible with the Jetstream package requirements
remove old package "mobiledetect/mobiledetectlib": "^4.8"

I recommend using the version released by @al-saloul , which is compatible with Laravel 11 and PHP 8.3.
