According to https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Build+Flow+Plugin the build-flow-plugin is deprecated.

It even has been suspended due to unresolved security vulnerabilities and is therefore not available on the update center anymore.

The https://github.com/jenkinsci/plugin-installation-manager-tool currently always tries to resolve even optional dependencies. It currently fails to download buildgraph-view-plugin because build-flow-plugin is not available anymore.

I have fixed the complete build itself in #41. So this PR should be merged afterwards.
