While installing the portable version, I found that the installation instructions were out of date and referred to when a precompiled binary was distributed back in version 10.7 of Jellyfin. Since that is no longer up to date, I've updated the instructions for the current provided source. I figured this out through some trial and error, so it might not line up with the existing installation instructions, so please let me know if anything needs to be changed :)
