Adds a new page on backups and restoration, and reference it from the other places that reference this (latest blog post, the testing docs, and the index page).
The paths should all be good for all official and popular platforms, but feedback welcome if required. Note that I am explicitly giving full "real" paths rather than variables to help newbies; while exceptions will always exist, I believe this is better than say
%AppDataLocal%and then trying to explain what that is too.
