Build Nightlies?

We need to research and determine if there is need for a macOS .app nightly. The portable build should be enough for most people to test with, but it does have issues running (you need to allow a bunch of security exceptions).

If this is desired, the following criteria applies:

• Trigger nightly building in line with the other server builds
• Ensure that a dotnet build happens correctly, and then use that output in the later compile and assemble stage
• Create a different app icon and name for the nightly release, so it doesn't clobber existing installs
• Review if it is recommended to have a separate config location (perhaps the nightly version can clone the config and use an alternate location, or just use a new alternate location and start fresh)

There seems to be some interest in nightlies, but for the time being this will depend on another task.
