It should be "PF += BF[0]JOULEPERHARTREEBOHRPERA" instead of "PF += BF[0]*JOULEPERHARTREE" so that the bump force's unit can be converted from Hatree/Bohr in BF[0] to J/mol, which is the same as PF's unit.
