Hi,
I've came across DropBlockEditor and I love it.
I went and made a little website builder project with it and noticed that I miss tablet preview so I added it. I also noticed that once you create multiple blocks it gets a bit hard to find the one you want so I've added option to set category for each block. Same categories are then merged while still keeping track of the original index to make sure blocks do not break due to its binded data-block index.
I thought it could be useful so I decided to open PR.
