Synchronizing should answer that.
Yep, there sure is, though traffic is brutally low. Stop by and say hi to the developer :)
Our IRC channel is #ticgit-ng on Freenode
Yes! Well, it's a Google Group, but yes!
https://groups.google.com/group/ticgit-ng
It is very low traffic and in order to help mitigate spam we require that you become a member before posting, but if you have a comment, question, or suggestion, shoot us an email.
You can come and get some help directly from the developer and community by joining the IRC channel or mailing list, or you can send Jeff Welling a message on Github.
I've tried upgrading to grit, but due to a lack of documentation with grit, I'm having a hard time porting TicGit-ng over to using grit. If you're more familiar with grit and would like to take a shot at it yourself, I wholeheartedly welcome your contributions :D
Take a look at the 'switch_to_grit' branch, it can be found here https://github.com/jeffWelling/ticgit/tree/switch_to_grit
Update: we have now given up on the Grit gem and are planning to migrate to using the Rugged gem instead. https://github.com/libgit2/rugged There is a 'switch_to_rugged' branch with the latest work towards this.
It is described here Cache corruption
Where can I find more info about releases, what their schedule is, and how to understand the version numbering scheme? Releases
