Updated URL for the 3D edition to the stable PURE3D infrastructure environment. The text was also updated to reflect these changes.
The same as previous update -- URL's updated to the most stable link. And some text adjusted.

We have updated the article's URL's for accessing the 3D edition. This is now done exclusively in PURE3D since the Nextcloud file manager will be closed down in the coming year. We also updated some text to reflect these changes and also to acknowledge the Voyager versions are different from time of implementation and time of publication. This is hopefully to anticipate some potential inconsistencies if readers use Voyager today or in the Future.
