This is definitely not good or complete but I have SoLoud working with SDL3 in my project so I thought I'd share this as a draft in case anyone else wants to see
It's basically just following the SDL3 migration guide at https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/blob/main/docs/README-migration.md
I'm not adding myself to AUTHORS files because this is just a poor initial draft, but I release this as public domain or CC0 or whatever you want
