Upgraded solutions to 4.0 Framework and fixed routing dictionary changes for MVC 4.

This is my first ever pull request, hope I did this correctly, if not give me some pointers. I updated the all of the references to mSpec to the latest release as well as upgrading projects to .NET 4.0. I also resolved teh routing dictionary changes for 4.
