Install miniconda, then install the RISTER environment:

conda env create -f RISTER.yml

conda activate RISTER

Then run the convert.py script:

cd Neuroglancer
mkdir OUTPUTFOLDER
./convert.py ORIGINALFOLDER OUTPUTFOLDER
