This repository contains my submission for the CloudThat Independence Day contest. The project involves creating a single responsive web page with the theme of unity and diversity. The goal of the project is to showcase India's rich diversity by highlighting three aspects: culture, religion, and linguistic diversity. The web page also includes interactive elements that allow users to learn more about each diversity aspect through popup messages.
- HTML: Used for structuring the content of the webpage.
- CSS: Utilized for styling and making the webpage visually appealing and responsive.
- JavaScript: Embedded to add interactivity and dynamic behavior to the webpage.
The web page is designed to greet users a Happy Independence Day and celebrate India's diversity:
- Header: A visually engaging header with a title and an Independence Day image.
- Cards Section: Three cards side by side, representing culture, religion, and linguistic diversity.
- Popup Functionality: Clicking on a card triggers a popup with more information about the chosen diversity aspect.
The project aligns with the theme of unity and diversity, highlighting the unique blend of cultures, religions, and languages that define India. By showcasing these diverse elements within a single web page, the project aims to promote unity while celebrating differences.
The project aims to create awareness about India's diverse heritage and foster a sense of unity among users. The interactive popup messages encourage users to explore and learn about different aspects of India's diversity, enhancing their understanding of the nation's cultural richness.
