Introduction:

Employee Performance Evaluator is an application which will help companies to evaluate their employees, the application will automate the process of evaluating and will minimize the risk of committing a mistake by a employee in the process of creating assessment template, starting assessment, evaluating or living feedback. Each employee will have the possibility to register on the platform by providing necessary data. Every registered employee will automatically belong to 'User' group. The employees will be managed initially by system administrator, which has the possibility to change the group user belongs to, and administrators. All the implemented features on the platform are displayed in Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.

Why Employment Performance Evaluator

Employee Performance Evaluator will help employers to solve following points:

• Employer can dynamically create an assessment template for employees evaluation.
• Assessment can be started for an employee from pre-created assessment template.
• Each employee will be notified via email about upcoming assessment 1 month earlier to which employee is somehow related.
• Employee can evaluate himself/herself after the assessment was started.
• Admin, team leader or buddy can finish the assessment for the assigned user.
• Admin can cancel an assessment or delete an assessment template.
• Finished assessment can be exported to .xlsx or .pdf file by any registered user.
• Public data of users can be exported to .xlsx or .pdf file all together or each one separately.
