The current implementation requires the "Otp-Login" theme to be applied in order for this extension to work.
Keycloak will automatically look for the resource files under
theme-resources/templatesin the extension's JAR file, so there is no need for a separate theme.In addition, this pull request also fixes a bug that the code is not written in plain text email.
