[SMR-2030] Refactor deposit

This PR refactors the _deposit function on the RootERC20Bridge. It also adds the token mappings of ETH, WETH, IMX to the initialization. Also covers https://immutable.atlassian.net/browse/SMR-2029 and refactors the _deposit on the child bridge
