Welcome to the HLA-TAPAS wiki. This is the main repository for HLA-TAPAS documentation. If you are just starting to use HLA-TAPAS pipeline, the tutorials on each tapa (HLA naming: NomenCleaner; building your own HLA reference: MakeReference; performing HLA imputation: SNP2HLA; and conducting HLA association: HLAassoc) should help you getting started. The FAQ should answer several common questions about the HLA-TAPAS pipeline.
