Initial release

This is the initial release of the fixedtimeanalyzR package, containing vignettes and complete documentation for all functions. As this package has not been reviewed, the release is not yet marked as production ready. Please feel free to contact me, Lukas Sauer, if you find any errors in the package or in its documentation.
