MLV App [Qt]

First pre-release of the crossplatform MLV-App (Qt).

• Windows: for me it works only with small mlv files, big files crash the app.
• OSX: big files had some corrupted frames on my mac
• Linux: a lot to do, so not yet compiled without errors.
