- add Dockerfile for building custom CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT images
- pushed to rwthika/cuda
- these will work as new base image for docker-ros-ml-images
- upgrade CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT in all corresponding images to (=versions in ml-base):
- CUDA: 11.8.89
- cuDNN: 8.6.0
- TensorRT: 8.5.3
- upgrade ML-Frameworks in all corresponding images to:
- TensorFlow: 2.11.0
- PyTorch: 2.0.1
- also see corrisponding Support v2.13.0, v2.12.1, v2.12.0, v2.11.1 on amd64 libtensorflow_cc#6
