This is a different approach to #29 and #31.

Publish a new release:

npm run release

This is using np, as well as the postversion and postpublish npm lifecycle hooks.

For more information, refer to the new section in the readme file.

@tfrommen This only works if you have access to the HM npm registry namespace. Most engineers at HM do not have this access. This does not solve #29.
