Remove redundant action handler and wrapper from sensor entity row

Proposed change

This PR removes action handler from sensor entity row, as it's already being attached in generic entity row

It caused the action to fire multiple times when clicking on the value, pushing multiple states to browser history and messing up the back button.

Also removing unnecessary wrapper to clean things up, as the styling is also already being applied in generic entity row.
