Quite a few PRs now getting conflicts, so seeing if it's better to close them to get renovate to re-create

Unsure what this does but you can just ask renovate to rebase all PRs?

I have tried that a few times, but it doesn't seem to work for me :/ not sure whether its taking a long time to kick in or if there is an issue |

Getting quite a few PRs with conflicts that can't be fixed in the GH Gui, to save some time I'm wondering if it would be better to close the PRs and to get renovate to recreate
