✨ New tutorial - "Setting up an Automated Backup System with Borg"

adds a new tutorial for setting up an automated backup system using Borg. The tutorial includes detailed steps for preparing the source server, configuring the backup server, automating backups, and optionally backing up to a Hetzner Storage Box.

Thank you for your contribution @LonoxX. I had to move the installation of BorgBackup further up because the user serverbackup doesn't have sudo permissions. Other than that, everything looks good to me now.
