The following upstream changes, and possibly others, need to be applied:

blockscout#9571
blockscout#9646
blockscout#9652

PS1: Additional changes will be needed in https://github.com/hemilabs/frontend.

PS2: New fields like blobGasUsed, excessBlobGas were added to the blocks, blobGasPrice to receipts.
