This is some progress on #178 - starting with just the web and phone info.
I'm starting there because it's easy - it's already part of our pelias response.
I'm going to follow up with some rudimentary edit support - I think, for now anyway, this is going to look like "link back to OSM to edit", but I want to do a little more research about the best way to communicate that, especially for people who aren't familiar with OSM.
