Need to update x/tools/cover/profile package. ParseProfiles func in src/cmd/cover/profile.go merges multiple samples from the same location, so if x/tools/cover/profile parses the package in the same way, we can merge profiels just by appending the results first and parse it once. golang/go@f39050c#diff-ab9b08265bc90506d4bb181b757d6224
