chore: update android dependencies and update Firebase iOS SDK to 10.4.0

Android Firebase changes since 21.0.0:

21.1.0:

• Improved session measurement with user ID.

21.1.1:

• Fixed a bug where GoogleTagManager (transitively included from the Tag Manager SDK) would rapidly retry DNS lookups whenever it fails.
• Updated dependencies.

21.2.0:

• Added getSessionId() API. (Need implementation if wanted)

iOS Firebase SDK changes since 9.6.0:

10.0.0:

• Fixed hang on main thread (#10151).

10.1.0:

• Removed bitcode.
• Added recommended hotel parameters in the purchase event documentation.

10.4.0:

• Fixed crash in scheduleSynchronizeToDisk (#10495).
• Fixed printing of the items array parameter in the console logs while in debug mode.

make sure to merge mine first: #73
(has 21.1.1 in it but adds appInstanceID). After that you can merge this one to raise the version to 21.2.0. Then we have both things included.

Android tested and works fine.

I already tested on iOS too, but i forgot to take a print screen.
