Usage

composer require hackphp/config

use Hackphp\Config\Config;
use Hackphp\Config\Parsers\ArrayParser;

$config = new Config([

    ],

    ],
]);

$configRootDir = __DIR__ . "/config";
$config->addParser(new ArrayParser($configRootDir));
$config->load();
