There were several high/critical vulnerabilities in dependencies. The other updated dependencies seem necessary to run eslint

There were several high/critical vulnerabilities in
react-scriptsdependencies. I think it is unlikely they can be used against the webpage, but we might as well upgrade.The other updated dependencies seem necessary to run Eslint.
