Since the screenshot was originally added, there have been some changes to the settings interface. This updates the screenshot to what the settings page currently looks like on a Ubuntu machine. This also makes it a bit smaller and removes the transparent border, both were issues detected by the
appstream-utiltool, since we use the screenshot for the Flatpack metadata. @ThanosApostolou can you please also tell me if the screenshot is good for the Flatpack side?
