- VID auth component asks for family name also to assist in searching the revocation lis
- defined new presentation definition profiles
- the dataset is now parsed directly from xlsx and not json (must be placed under the resources-vault/scripts directory
…h comp. changed schema of credential to match the one in the dataset for simplicity
