Currently, slack invite links are pointing towards this URL `http://slackin.grommet.io/`. But there isn't any invite app is running on that URL. I found a new slack invite link `https://slack-invite.grommet.io/` from the grommet site `https://v2.grommet.io/`. This PR updates the broken links of the slack-invite app.
