Gitlab moved the golang client under its organization and deprecated `github.com/xanzy/go-gitlab` in favour of `gitlab.com/gitlab-org/api/client-go`. The codebase is the same and it's a pure fork of the original client but it's now controlled by Gitlab. Signed-off-by: Tiago Silva <[email protected]>

GitLab has adopted the Go client previously hosted at
github.com/xanzy/go-gitlaband deprecated it in favor ofgitlab.com/gitlab-org/api/client-go. The codebase remains unchanged as it is a direct fork of the original client, but it is now maintained under GitLab's organization.
