This PR focuses on the binary names, removing the
grafana-prefix, replacingagentwithalloyin the binaries, fixing the path to the config files, fixing some of the config file names (example<PATH>/alloy/config.alloy) and renaming some of the river files to config.alloy.Which issue(s) this PR fixes
