Add resource mentioned in Slack

Taking the opportunity to set up the project n my computer. For some reason the resources file got lost in the commit from the meetup.

It didn't get lost, I just never did it 😆 haha

I think I understood something different, that it was going to be a resources directory where we were going to add files to, but keep the table of contents on the readme? (It needs to be structured better then just the bunch of headers that I put obviously 😛 ).

Also I was thinking maybe we should add the Code of Conduct to the whole organisation account rather than just this workshop for when we add other repositories as well they'll be covered by it? Idk, what do you think?
