Think it'd be best to have some generic solution to cache assets for offline use (discussion in #130). So that regardless of whatever webfonts, icons, or other assets someone uses, we could cache it for offline use after the initial request |

Added Nerd Font woff2 and webfont.css to client assets to make icons available even when the user is offline. Closes #77
