The Change-File-Format Task generates a new media file having the new format.

This Task for sure will not perform any re-encoding and, in case a format cannot be changed to another format because of a codec that is used inside the source file and cannot be used in the destination file (i.e. h.265 cannot be used inside an .avi file format), an error is generated.

In case the source file format is the same as the output file format specified by this task, nothing is done.
