chore(inbound-filters): Update legacy browser filters #82060

the goal of the new filters was to reevaluate them periodically to keep them relevant, which is what the pr does. the actual changes happen in getsentry/relay#4381, but this will update the inbound filters page to reflect what versions are being filtered.
