This make the command options generic, for all engines.
`*` don't match `/` in branch name 🤷, need to be `**`.
Use the version for development (devcontainer) and CI. Fixing the version will prevent any break when Latex distro & packages are updated.
Strictly use .latexmkrc to compile (with no extra options). This should ensure the same compilation options as in the dev environment.
- "compile" workflow is used on any branch or PR. - "deploy" workflow is triggered on main and reuses "compile".
